U.S. Serial Number: 78723951 U.S. Registration Number: 4072432 did not have documentation filed within statutory time frame, nor within the additional 6 month grace period ending 6/20/2018. See attached Courtesy Reminder shown in the pdf file. The Door Sills manufactured under this (U.S. Serial Number 78723951 and U.S. Registration Number 4072432) trademark, as shown in the specimen have been discontinued and are no longer available. See attached picture showing the part in Chrysler's Dealer Connect Database as DCNS1 - meaning discontinued. This "AMERICAN MOTORS" trademark application will not be utilized for "Badges for Vehicles" as used in U.S. Serial Number: 87731708; nor is there any associated colors or artwork. This "AMERICAN MOTORS" trademark application will not be utilized for "AUTOMOBILES AND STRUCTURAL PARTS THEREOF;" with any use of colors or shapes in the trademark as used in U.S. Serial Number 87386658.
