Applicant requests correction to the USPTO record with respect to owner entity type.  When application was filed June 18, 2018, Applicant Ntrepid Corporation was incorrectly listed as a Virginia corporation due to a typographic error; instead, Applicant Ntrepid Corporation should have been listed as a Florida corporation.  On the date of filing, Applicant Ntrepid Corporation was a Florida corporation.  On October 25, 2018, Applicant recorded with the USPTO Assignment Division an entity conversion from Ntrepid Corporation, a Florida corporation, to Ntrepid, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.   Applicant requests correction to the USPTO record to list Applicant at filing, Ntrepid Corporation, as a Florida corporation.
