(2) Child application serial no. 88/975,399 contains the following goods:

Class 1: Salt for industrial purposes; rock salt for deicing; salt for use in manufacturing animal feed; salt for oil drilling; salt for water softening; salt for preserving, other than for foodstuffs; salt for hide processing; solar salt for industrial purposes; fine dry salt for industrial purposes; fine wet salt for industrial purposes; fine road salt; coarse road salt; medium salt for industrial purposes; fine salt for industrial purposes.

A statement of use filed on May 28, 2019, meets the minimum filing requirements and has been placed in the child application. The statement of use will be routed to the examining attorney for examination and, if it does not meet all the statutory requirements, the examining attorney will notify the applicant. 37 C.F.R. §2.87; see TMEP §§1110 et seq.
