Applicant responds to the Notice that Request to Divide Application is Incomplete issued on December 5, 2019 for the mark NEXT, U.S. Trademark Serial No. 87357816.  On November 15, 2019, Applicant submitted the $100 filing fee for the request to divide the original (parent) application into one new child application and submitted the $600 filing fee for the statements of use in Classes 9, 35, 38, 39, 41, 42. Applicant submits herewith the additional filing fee of $1100 representing the $275 filing fee for each new Class 9, 35, 38, 39, 41, 42.
