Dear Examiner Cross,

Panasonic sells is services to airline clients. Currently it has contracts to provide and currently does provide all the NEXT services to Cathay Pacific and one other airline. It is in discussions with many others. Panasonic’s customers include Delta, American, United, Alaska etc. The services are sold at the Avionics tradeshows so the way the customers are introduced to the services are as follows:

1-      Presentations at tradeshows

2-      Interactive stations at tradeshows where the services and products are displayed

3-      Power point presentation slides sent to the various airlines or presented at sales meetings by the Panasonic sales teams
