Miscellaneous Statement
In the Office Action dated July 25, 2019, Applicant's Request to Divide was not accepted as the Power of Attorney filed on March 1, 2019 was found to be not properly signed by the Applicant or someone with legal authority. Applicant respectfully disagrees with the objection but in the interest of compact prosecution files herewith the Power of Attorney executed by Cody Friesen, CEO of Zero Mass Water, Inc. In view of the foregoing, Applicant respectfully submits that the issues raised in the Office Action have been addressed and the Request to Divide should now be accepted. If it would be helpful in expediting the prosecution of this application, the undersigned would welcome a telephone call at the number listed below at the Examining Attorney's convenience.
