Subject: RE: US Trademark Application Serial No. 87097912 - GAMUT
Dear Mr. Kolodner:
Further to our conversation of earlier today, Applicant proposes amending the Class 9 identification of goods to read as follows:
Computer software and hardware for enabling users to order, purchase and obtain information regarding industrial, institutional, commercial and janitorial equipment and supplies; computer application software for mobile phones, namely, software for enabling users to order, purchase and obtain information regarding industrial, institutional, commercial and janitorial equipment and supplies
Please let us know if this amendment would be deemed acceptable and would be sufficient to overcome the potential § 2(d) refusal that we discussed. If so, you have our authorization to enter this amendment by way of an Examiner’s Amendment. If there are any additional issues with this wording, please feel free to call me at your convenience (at the number below) to discuss them further.
Sincerely,
Jeff Dunning

Subject: US Trademark Application Serial No. 87097912 - GAMUT
Good Morning Mr. Galis:
My name is Louis Kolodner and I am a trademark examiner at the USPTO. I have been assigned the above referenced mark. I left a message on your voicemail a few minutes ago, but I am following up with this email in case you prefer this mode of communication.
There is an issue with the identification of the goods that I think we can probably work out by Examiner’s Amendment.
Please give me a call back by close of business on Monday, October 24, 2016 so we can discuss the amendment that I have in mind.
I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Louis Kolodner
