Please note that, in order for me to issue the examiner’s amendments, I must receive authorization to make the changes to the applications from a person with authority to bind White Castle Management Co., such as a corporate officer. (Please refer to Section 707.01 of the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP), accessible via the following link: http://rdms-tmep-vip.gov.uspto.report/RDMS/TMEP/current). In addition, paralegals and legal assistants cannot authorize examiner’s amendments. (See Section 707.01 of the TMEP).
If possible, please have a corporate officer at White Castle Management Co. email me or call me to confirm the authorization to make the changes to the applications.
