ARGUMENT(S)

This response is being submitted in response to the Office action dated August 29, 2017. Applicant thanks the Examining Attorney for diligent examination of this application.

In the Office action, the Examining Attorney has issued a Section 2(d) refusal with regards to Applicant’s goods in Class 007 and “optical filters for manufacturing semiconductors, solar cells, light-emitting diodes, displays, liquid crystal and organic electroluminescent elements” in Class 009. Without acceding to the propriety of this refusal, and without prejudice, Applicant hereby deletes Class 007 and “optical filters for manufacturing semiconductors, solar cells, light emitting-diodes, displays, liquid crystal and organic electroluminescent elements” in Class 009 from the application. These goods being deleted, Applicant believes the grounds for refusal no longer exist. Accordingly, the application is now believed to be in condition for publication. The Examining Attorney is encouraged to contact the undersigned with any questions regarding this response.
