Thank you for your prompt response to the proposed amendment. I truly appreciate it. I would like to clarify “Micronutrients [for fertilizers] for the further production of agricultural products.” This clause was intended to refer to micronutrients sold to other manufacturers for use in their production processes. I can read your addition as being consistent with that message, but want to be sure I have been clear.
I have shared with my client your comments concerning land reclamation and will contact you when I have further information. Thank you.

I am in receipt of the proposed amendments to the ID in this application. I believe a little more detail is needed to assure properly classification and clarity. I propose the following:
Class 1: Micronutrients for fertilizers for the further production of agricultural products; micronutrients for wastewater treatment; micronutrients added into {indicate how the micronutrients are rendered, e.g. fertilizers, soil amendments, agricultural growth regulators} for land reclamation
