| DESCRIPTION OF EVIDENCE FILE | I was accepted for international class 25 and denied international class 9 for my stylistic design for balance. Balance is underneath my yin-yang symbol as well. I have attached the final logo above for evidence. My new response to international class 9 is as follows. The Balance logo will be used for computer application software for mobile phones, namely, software for recording exercise routine, tracking fitness routine, storing fitness data, nutrition data collection, and mindfulness meditation data and analysis, in the field of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. The content of the app consists of fitness videos to explain workouts, nutrition videos to explain how to cook healthy meals, and meditation videos of nature content to meditate to while being guided by our balance coaches. The balance app is specifically used for human health and wellness body and mind connection through our video content coaching platform. You will also be able to track all of the content through the application as well. |
