Thank you for your call earlier regarding the trademark applications for Shimizu International, Inc. d.b.a. Bellevue Children's Academy. I discussed your proposals with my client, who agreed with them with very minor changes, and would like to respond to you as follows:

Original Submission: Educational publications, namely, textbooks to aid and supplement students' learning at school
Your Proposal: Educational publications, namely, textbooks in the field of math, reading, grammar, language arts, social studies, and science to aid and supplement students’ learning at school
Our Counterproposal: Educational publications, namely, textbooks in the field of math, English, and computer science to aid and supplement students’ learning at school
REASON FOR THE COUNTERPROPOSAL: This wording more accurately reflects what Bellevue Children's Academy is providing with the mark.
2. "Bellevue Children's Academy"
Disclaim: "Children's Academy"
My client agrees to disclaim "Children's Academy" as proposed.
3. "Bellevue Children's Academy"
CLASS 16: Change to Supplemental Register
My client agree to change the application for Supplemental Register.

As discussed, since my client has been using the mark since 2010, we would like to change the basis for the application to Section 2(f).
