Subject: U.S. Trademark App 87799914 MOON
Hi Mr. Martin,
I am writing in regards to your U.S. Trademark Application for 87799914 MOON. Everything generally looks fine in regards to your application, but we need more specificity in regards to the mark description. The below is proposed – please review and let me know if I can make the changes via Examiner’s Amendment, so that the mark can proceed to publication:
The mark consists of a shaded vertically oriented rectangle, near the top of which is an unshaded single line circle with a smaller unshaded circle to its upper right. Below the circle design is the unshaded wording "MOON", oriented vertically, with the letters "M" and "N" both fully unshaded, while the two letters "O" consist of unshaded single-line circles.
Thank you,
John S. Miranda
