IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:  “Computer hardware and software for receiving, storing, processing, transmitting and displaying data regarding medical diagnostic test results; computer software platform and computer hardware designed for use with medical diagnostic equipment for collecting biometric data and generating reports based on the data; computer software platform for cloud-based biometric data collection and transfer; a multiple-encrypted software and hardware solution for remote, non-Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi enabled environments, namely, computer hardware and software that generate reports based on captured biometric data; computer software platform for delivering personalized health and wellness reports for point-of-care test devices.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
