make this request for the following reasons: (1) the mark contained in the application was formerly registered with registration number 3954119. The mark registration was cancelled on
December 8, 2017. Our office missed the deadline for filing a statement of use under Section 8 owing to the fact that our prior paralegal incorrectly calendared the deadline; (2) Thus, the
