Good morning, Mr. Farrell.  My name is Barb Gaynor, and I’m the examining attorney assigned to the three GHOSTRANCH applications, U.S. Application SNs 87740911 (GHOSTRANCH COMMUNICATIONS); 87740924 (GHOSTRANCH); and 87740933 (GR).  I have reviewed your April 19 responses for all of the applications and, while you amended the classification of the services, the identifications in Class 35 still have to be amended to indicate the nature of the “presentations” for which your client provides consulting services.  I suggested the following Class 35 identification in the initial Office action:  Marketing consulting, namely, consulting services in the field of the design of sales presentations, consulting in the field of designing sales presentations, consulting in the field of sales presentation design, which I based on the specimens submitted with the applications.  If you have alternative wording that your client would prefer to use, please send that to me for consideration.  Either way, I think that we can handle this last remaining issue by Examiner’s Amendments for all of the applications.  Please let me know how you would like to proceed in this matter.  Thank you very much for your time.
