EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT
ISSUE/MAILING DATE: 5/7/2018
On April 30, 2018, applicant filed a response to the outstanding Office action issued in connection with this application.
The trademark examining attorney notes that the following requirement has been satisfied: the International Class 41, 42, and 43 identification of services have been amended. See TMEP §§713.02, 714.04.
Applicant was also required to amend the International Class 35 identification of services; the proposed amendment, however, could not be accepted, necessitating the issuance of this Examiner’s Amendment.
IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES AMENDED
In accordance with the authorization granted by Dusan Clark on May 7, 2018, the wording “retail services by sales agents in the field of flower arranging and floral design” has been deleted from the International Class 35 identification of services. The amended identification now reads as follows:
Special event planning for business purposes; providing a website featuring business information and promotional and marketing information and materials in the field of special event planning for social entertainment purposes and flower arrangement instruction
See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections to this Examiner’s Amendment; otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707
At this time, barring some unforeseen circumstance that might require further action, the application appears ready for publication in the Official Gazette.
