EXPLANATION OF FILING
Applicant has entered in to a Coexistence Agreement with Legend Valve & Fitting, Inc. Pursuant to the Agreement, and to avoid any potential confusion resulting from both parties use of marks containing the word "LEGEND", Applicant has agreed to voluntarily enter a post-publication amendment to amend the description of goods to "specialty outdoor equipment for hikers and travelers, namely, portable water purification and storage systems and devices.
