In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In the office action of October 23, 2018, the Examining Attorney refused registration under section 2(d) based upon a likelihood of confusion with Registration No. 5466858. The Application is used for cosmetics products and cleaners. The Applicant, originally appearing pro se, neglected to add that it was also the owner of Registration Nos. 5596704 and 5121287, both of which are for LAGUNAMOON. In light of this evidence, the Examining Attorney is respectfully requested to please allow publication of the application. Thank you for your consideration.
