In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

(1)Applicant request to withdraw the disclaimer of "SILVER" from the application. (2 )Anti-freckle creams, Beauty masks , Body cream soap, Skin cleansing cream identified in the application contain colloidal silver. (3) All evidences the Examining Attorney listed including colloidal silver are just skin care products just using on face and tooth products and Antiperspirants. And the Cosmetic products Examining Attorney provided, there is no colloidal silver included in the Ingredients.
