Dear Examining Attorney Roach,
Thank you for the email. Please delete section 1(b) as a basis for registration, and allow the application to proceed to registration on the basis of 44(e) alone.
Sincerely,

CAUTION - External.
Mr. Stanton,
I have reviewed the office action responses for the above referenced applications. The foreign registrations are acceptable for the Section 44(e) basis. Would you like me to delete the Section 1(b) basis by Examiner’s Amendment, so that the applications will proceed to registration based on Section 44(e) alone?
Please let me know by Friday July 26. If I don’t hear from you by then, the applications will be approved for publication with both the Section 44(e) and Section 1(b) basis.
