In response to the Office Action, Applicant submits evidence of ownership, in the form of an assignment transferring ownership of the mark CENTURION and corresponding USPTO Application Serial No. 87/674,410 from Varel International Ind., LLC to Varel Mining and Industrial LLC, the entity who filed the request for an extension of time to file a statement of use. Accordingly, Applicant submits that submission of the assignment resolves the deficiency and requests that the statement of use extension request be granted. The current situation is similar to that faced by the applicant in connection with US Application Serial No. 88126535. In that matter, like here, applicant submitted the assignment and the extension request was approved. | |
