In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The Examining Attorney has advised that the mark in U.S. Application Serial No. 87-454,021 (the "'021 Application") may present a bar to registration of applicant's mark. However, the Office's database reflects that the '021 Application was abandoned as of February 20, 2018. Accordingly, the '021 Application no longer presents a potential bar to registration. In light of that fact, as well as the amendment to services required by the Office Action (as set forth below in this Response), the present application should be approved for publication. See TMEP s. 1208.02(d).
