APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Nimesh Patel on October 1, 2018, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707. 

The mark drawing is amended to “TACO MAYA” in standard characters. The following standard character drawing claim is added to the record: “The mark consists of standard characters without claim to any particular font style, size, or color.” 37 C.F.R. §2.52(a)(1); TMEP §807.03(a). And the color claim is deleted from the record.
