Dear Mr. Schmidt,

If acceptable, we would like to revise “ice pops” to read “frozen confections, namely, frozen pops”.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks,

Rob

Subject: TRADEMARK APPLICATION SERIAL NOS. 87646711 and 87646737 KIND

Hello, Mr. Newman,

After reviewing the response to the Office Actions, there is one slight tweak that still needs to happen with the identification and I apologize for the inconvenience. The word “ice pops” is a registered trademark (RN 2872986) and so cannot be used in the identification. It must be replaced with generic wording. I suggest “Frozen confections, namely, freezer bars”

With permission, I can amend the identification via Examiner’s Amendment.

Best,

/John Schmidt/
