With respect to the refusal over the registration, the registration relates to boots. Boots in comparison to specialty gloves are significantly different. Each of applicants gloves are specific types of gloves. A consumer would not be confused. With respect to the potential rejection, applicant reserves any comments for now. With respect to the suggested time changes to the goods, applicant submits that the gloves should all be in class 21. However should the objection persist applicant plans to comply with the examining attorneys suggestions.
