Subject: U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 87/587,745 for NOBLE - Our Docket No. 5476.0001-000
Dear Attorney Wells,
I write to you regarding the Final Office Action which issued on October 10, 2018 on the above referenced U.S. Trademark Application. In this Final Office Action, the application was refused based on a likelihood of confusion with U.S. Trademark Registration No. 5,287,818. Kindly let me know if the referenced trademark application would be approved for registration if the identification of goods were amended by deleting “plumbing supplies.” Our suggested identification with this amendment is “building supply retail store services featuring raw building materials, lighting and electrical supplies, roofing materials, tools, outdoor power equipment, home safety and security items, and landscaping materials.”
I look forward to receiving your response.
Best regards,
Giovanna Fessenden
