In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In an Office action dated December 5, 2017, the Examining Attorney partially refused registration of the instant application with respect to the services "consulting in the fields of security and intelligence" on the ground of likely confusion with U.S. Reg. No. 3954291.  Applicant has herewith deleted the aforementioned services from the instant application and amended the remaining services descriptions as requested by the Examining Attorney.  Applicant thus respectfully requests that the instant application be passed to publication.
