I have reviewed the above-referenced trademark application and there is one issue that must be resolved before I can approve it for publication.  Specifically, the term “ARMADURA” means “ARMOR” in Spanish, or “SUIT OF ARMOR”, (http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/armadura), and a translation statement must be entered in the record.  

 

Therefore, the following translation statement is proposed:

 

The English translation of the word “ARMADURA” in the mark is “ARMOR”.

 

I can enter this translation statement by Examiner’s amendment, meaning I would enter the changes and you would receive a confirmation copy for review and to keep for your records.  Unfortunately, I do need to act on this application by COB tomorrow.  Therefore, please respond to this email with your instructions by 3:00pm EST.  I apologize for the short turnaround time, but if you are unable to respond by that time, then I will send an Office action making this requirement, but I am still happy to do an Examiner’s amendment at a later date if you contact me with your instructions.
