The identification for serial no. 87572654 is still indefinite. It must be clarified before the mark can continue moving forward towards publication. Specifically:
Class 9 Issues:
- There are duplicate entries for: Laptops, computer laptops, which you may wish to delete.
- “Tablets” is indefinite. Applicant must clarify the nature of the tablets, e.g. tablet computers. As this is already in the identification, the wording “tablets” is removed from the suggested identification below.
- The entry “Portable chargers for cell phones” is indefinite. Applicant must specify the nature of the chargers, e.g. battery chargers.
