IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AMENDED

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: 

 

Class 9: energy storage systems comprised of batteries, battery charge controllers, battery charge voltage regulators and current regulators, solar charge controllers, charge voltage regulators, charge current regulators, and photovoltaic storage cells; solar power systems and components, namely, DC/DC power converters for use with solar cells, photovoltaic modules provided individually or in strings, DC/AC power inverters, and energy storage systems comprised of batteries, battery charge controllers, battery charge voltage regulators and current regulators, solar charge controllers, charge voltage regulators, charge current regulators, and photovoltaic storage cells; solar power conversion systems with data communications for use with solar cells, photovoltaic modules or strings of photovoltaic modules, comprised of DC/DC power converters, DC/AC power inverters, electronic controllers for use with power converters and power inverters, and energy storage systems comprised of batteries, battery charge controllers, battery charge voltage regulators and current regulators, solar charge controllers, charge voltage regulators, charge current regulators, and photovoltaic storage cells; solar power systems comprising photovoltaic solar modules, printed circuit boards, field effect transistors, electrical inductors, capacitors, electric resistors, microprocessor radio receivers and transmitters, specially-adapted electronic housings, and energy storage systems comprised of batteries, battery charge controllers, battery charge voltage regulators and current regulators, solar charge controllers, charge voltage regulators, charge current regulators, and photovoltaic storage cells; software for managing solar power storage and distribution by controlling photovoltaic solar modules, strings of solar modules, energy storage, and managing battery charge regulation and control

OUTSTANDING ISSUES RESOLVED

 

Upon entry of the above amendment, the requirement to clarify indefinite wording in the identification of goods is hereby SATISFIED. TMEP § 713.02.
