Dear Counsel,

I have reviewed your Response to the Office Action dated February 15, 2018. The identification of services in Classes 35, 36 and 41 still require amendment for the reasons discussed below.

Class 35

The word “and” in the identification “and business development services” should be removed.

Class 36

The identification “and access to prototyping and manufacturing equipment and design software” is beyond the scope of the original identification which is limited to providing access to consulting services and professionals to assist in early-stage and start-up business issues relating to the legal, financing, marketing and potential fundraising aspects of business

Class 41

The identification “and product development” is beyond the scope of the original identification which is limited education services in the fields of business development and management.

Similarly, the wording “equipment training” and “design training” are beyond the scope of the original identification which is limited to business development and management education services.

Accordingly, the following examiner’s amendment is suggested:

Class 35

Providing business development and networking services for early-stage and start-up businesses, namely, providing shared and private office and other working spaces; assistance with business strategies; and providing access to consulting services and professionals to assist in early-stage and start-up business issues relating to the legal, financing, marketing and potential fundraising aspects of business

Class 36

Providing business development and networking services for early-stage and start-up businesses, namely, providing shared and private office and other working spaces, and access to prototyping and manufacturing equipment and design software

Class 41

Providing training programs, and guidance, namely, educational mentoring, equipment training, design training, business training, and education services, namely, conference, classes, seminars, and workshops in the areas of business development, and  management and product development

If the above amendments are acceptable please let me know by Friday, March 2.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Nicole
