Applicant respectfully believes that the Likelihood of Confusion stems from the presumption that the broad identification of goods and services of the Applicant encompasses the goods and services of the Cited marks. Applicant has specified further its goods and services. Applicant humbly believes that as a result of the amendment, the goods and services of the Applicant have become distinct to that of the goods of the Cited marks.
