Hi Mr. Davis,
I tried calling your office but reached your voicemail again. There are two registered marks that are confusingly similar with the applied-for mark - one for software for document management and another for marketing services. However, this is based on all of the functions currently set forth in the software in the identification of services.
I wanted to see if you were amenable to amending the ID to the following: "Software as a service (SaaS) services featuring software for business-to-business and business-to-customer messaging and collecting payments" in International Class 42.
Would the client be amenable to this change? I must take action on this application by Friday.
