APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Brandon P. Leahy on October 2, 2017, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
Class 35: personnel placement of private sector professionals with governmental bodies and agencies; charitable services, namely, providing a fellowship program connecting private sector professionals with governmental bodies and agencies for the purpose of career networking; charitable services, namely, personnel recruiting of private sector professionals to help solve challenges facing urban communities; promoting public awareness of successful civic innovation.
Class 41: conducting fellowship training services, namely, training fellows with governmental bodies and agencies in the fields of various leadership practices, improving government services, project management, community engagement, human-centered design and rapid innovation techniques
