The mark is used as a novelty branding, it is NOT Descriptive in that NO cannabis or marijuana nor hemp is in the contents or ingredients of our nutritional food supplements and drinks. We are fully compliant with the Controlled Substances Act. No marijuana or cannabis or hemp preparations,extracts,or derivatives, or any other illegal controlled substances are used in our products.
