Dear Larry,
Thank you for your email. Only one drawing page is permitted for each application. The page that shows a clear view of the design on the lid and the shape of the bottle would be a suitable drawing; this refers to the second file attached to your email and labeled: SKMBT_36317080710290.jpg
As long as the description of the mark references the fact that the mark is a three-dimensional configuration of the packaging for the goods, then the mark will be treated as being three-dimensional, and not as a typical two-dimensional mark. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Kind regards,
Kate

Hi Katherine,
I am attorney of record for the above-referenced application. Before filing a formal response to the Office Action, I wanted to run the substitute drawings by you.
Attached are substitute drawings for the mark in 3D. We intend to disclaim the lid shape as you requested.
Will the drawings be acceptable for the mark in 3D?
Thanks.
Larry
