In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the Examining Attorney's Section 2(d) refusal, Applicant has removed "surface cleaning preparations" and "electrical vacuum cleaners for domestic use" from the applied-for goods.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 003 for Surface cleaning preparations

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 007 for Steam cleaning machines in the nature of steam mops; battery-powered spraying device, namely, sprayer for dispensing hard surface cleaning solution for use with wet mops for cleaning floors; electrical vacuum cleaners for domestic use
