EXPLANATION OF FILING
This request is for a correction to the Certificate of Registration issued on September 26th, 2017, for the mark FORTEX with registration number 5,295,539. The error consists on the owner's address, where due to a USPTO's involuntary error was added the letter "X" after Puerto Rico's territory abbreviation of "PR". Therefore, the undersigned on behalf of the registrant respectfully requests for an updated Certificate of Registration to be issued with the correct owner's address of: PO Box 364523 San Juan, PR 00936
