Identification Requirement: The wording “On-line retail store services featuring jewelry, men's accessories, and women's accessories” is indefinite and must be clarified, because applicant must specify the types of accessories provided.

 

Please let me know if you agree to the following amended identification being added to the record, if accurate:

 

“On-line retail store services featuring jewelry, men's fashion accessories, and women's fashion accessories” in class 035.
