Good Morning Colleen Flynn Cyphers,

I am reviewing the above referenced application for your client, Michael Sweigart.  In review of this application it seems there is one issue that can be corrected without the need for an office action.

Namely, we require an amended classification and identification of the goods, which are currently identified in International Class 26.  These goods appear to be more properly classified in International Class 21.  Additionally, the nature of the goods must be further specified.  Specifically, the suggested identification would read, with suggested changes underlined:

International Class 21:    Pet hair collection device in the nature of a flexible, sticky puck used in the washer and dryer to remove pet hair from items placed in the washer and dryer

Please let me know if you would approve of my amending the identification as described.

Please respond no later than 2 PM EST on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to call or e-mail me using the information provided in my signature block below. Thank you.

Respectfully,
