Hi Dominic,
After reviewing the Examiner’s Amendments with our client, we noticed that there are a couple errors in the identification of goods and services in Serial Nos. 87/278076 and 87/278064. We apologize, as these were in our “clean” version we sent you.
Are you able to please add a semicolon to the IDs as follows:
Class 35: between “on-line advertising on a computer network” and “business organization, operation and supervision of loyalty and incentive schemes” there should be a semicolon
We also noticed that “teething toys” in Class 28 was not deleted in the clean version we provided you, but we meant to delete this. We also noticed that “toy house” is repeated twice in Class 28. Please delete one of these.
