Hi Jessica,
I think the amendments look good with possibly two exceptions.
In Class 12 you have “covers for shopping carts”. “Covers” go in the class of the end goods when they are “fitted” or “specially adapted.” Therefore, I suggest you potentially adopt “covers specially adapted for shopping carts” in Class 12.
Also, “wholesale services” in Class 35 needs a modifier such as “wholesale store services” or “wholesale distributorships”.
Other than those two items, everything else appears acceptable. If you have a deposit account, I can enter the amendments by examiner’s amendment and add the additional class. I would need a clean version of the IDs and authorization to charge your specified account. Alternatively, feel free to simply submit a response to the Office actions.
