To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 87251332 SATURN(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/87251332/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 035 for Whole sale and retail store services featuring apparatus for receiving, recording, transmitting and reproducing of sounds images and electronically processed data, computer hardware and software, downloadable files, photographic equipment, film and optical equipment, blank and pre-recorded electronic data carriers, and computer and video games; business operation, business administration and office functions for companies which operate in large markets; procuring of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services; all foregoing services for third persons via electronic data networks and the Internet; and order placement services, namely, telephone order-taking services for others, order fulfillment services, and electronic processing of orders for others
