| DESCRIPTION OF EVIDENCE FILE | The meaning and purpose of TD, Team Dominance is TD is a sports fitness athletic brand for all sports of all ages that include football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, MMA, boxing, golf, body building and cross fit. Whatever would entitle a person as an athlete. As the name Team Dominance it may have a strong approach. However, it's meaning and focus is pure. TD is about being dominant against the old you. The you that is trying to be a better person. Whether it is alcohol, domestic abuse, weight loss or self esteem issues. The TD logo is unlike by far any other TD logo. As you look closely to the compared logo, there is really no comparison. Team Dominance, TD is of 3 different colors although it can be one solid color of any color. Team Dominance, TD logo font style is a papyrus font style. That has no gaps or spaces as the capital T goes through the capital D. Team Dominance letters are stone type like with rough edges. It is a logo although not patented officially but created on March 29, 2013. The comparison logo is not like the TD red logo. The designs are different, the colors are different, style and meaning. The TD image submitted as a patent has deeper meanings than provided. Being able to brand clothing is a symbol of strength, a reminder of what it stands for, it is for individuals over coming life struggles. It is not simply to brand a dress or shirt as compared to the similar logo in the refusal. This logo created along with the name Team Dominance has motivated so many already in my local community. They see and understand my definition and interpretation of the meaning behind it. If they see the TD image they know the significance. Being able to patent it would allow me the opportunity to help motivate people. The image is not the same nor do I believe consumers will be confused not only based on the obvious colors, style, font but the significance behind it. |
