This email is in response to the communication received from you on May 18, 2017. The amended drawing is acceptable. However, there is still a question about the description of goods. The wording “Data processing apparatus, namely, reader” is indefinite. The type of reader must be set forth, for example, optical disk reader, smart card reader, flash card reader, bar code reader, etc. Note the list below for further suggestions on readers in class 9.
I can do an Examiner’s amendment is you can indicate the type of reader in the application. That is the only remaining issue.
