The Cited Registrations have now been assigned to the Applicant, as is evidenced by the attached Trademark Assignment. The Trademark Assignment was submitted to/received by the Assignment Recordation Branch on January 8, 2018 for recordation (see Trademark Assignment Cover Sheet and ETAS Assignment Confirmation Receipt). Given that Applicant is now the effective owner of the Cited Registration, Applicant trusts that the Section 2(d) refusal has been sufficiently addressed and resolved. Applicant respectfully requests that the Application be approved for publication and ultimately registration on the Principal Register.
