ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the Office Action, Applicant submits that the cited Registration No. 3,767,514 has been assigned to Applicant TE Connectivity Corporation (formerly known as Tyco Electronics Corporation). Attached is a copy of Form MM5(E) "REQUEST FOR THE RECORDING OF A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP" regarding such assignment which Applicant filed with WIPO for recordal on June 28, 2017. Also attached is the Acknowledgement of Receipt issued by WIPO on June 28, 2017. (Please note that Applicant has redacted certain payment information on the attachment.) Accordingly, the assignment recordal process has been initiated and WIPO should be contacting the USPTO with the change of owner information in due course. As Applicant is now the owner of cited Registration, it respectfully submits that the Section 2(d) refusal should be deemed moot and requests that the application be promptly passed to publication.
