ARGUMENT(S)

Applicant is in receipt of the Office Action dated December 28, 2107 and submits the following arguments.

Applicant amends the description of class 42 to read as follows:

Providing a web-based system and online portal featuring technology enabling users to upload and retrieve information and documents and collaborate with others in the field of mortgage and real estate title industries.

 

Applicant does not wish to add class 36 nor class 44.

 

Based upon the foregoing discussion, Applicant respectfully submits that the application is in condition for allowance, and requests allowance and publication on the Principal Register at the earliest possible date. The present Response is intended to address all issues outlined by the Examining Attorney. In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant is in receipt of the Office Action dated December 28, 2107 and submits the following arguments.

Applicant amends the description of class 42 to read as follows:

Providing a web-based system and online portal featuring technology enabling users to upload and retrieve information and documents and collaborate with others in the field of mortgage and real estate title industries.

 

Applicant does not wish to add class 36 nor class 44.

 

Based upon the foregoing discussion, Applicant respectfully submits that the application is in condition for allowance, and requests allowance and publication on the Principal Register at the earliest possible date.
