In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The Examiner states that the pictures provided appear to show the wall anchors being sold in relation to a shelf, and we applied for wall anchors in relation to sheds. We believe that the it may have not been clear that the parts and fittings relate to numerous shed hanging options and anchors, including , shelves, wall tracks, hangers, organizers, pegboards. The shelving is only one example used. In support of our explanation, we are providing further supporting information from the applicant's website, describing how the goods are used and the user manual for the goods used in sheds.
